Jeremy Host

Born and raised in Saint Cloud, Minnesota and holds a B.S. in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration from North Dakota State University. Following graduation, he joined one of the largest general contracting firms in the country, where he helped deliver large-scale industrial projects across Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Texas.

In 2018, Jeremy returned to Minneapolis to continue his career as a Project Manager with a rapidly growing construction firm, expanding his portfolio to more than $500 million in completed projects spanning from California to Massachusetts. Elevating his role to Project Executive, he has led teams across complex developments while strengthening capabilities in business development, client relations, feasibility analysis, and preconstruction strategy.

In addition to his construction expertise, Jeremy has developed a robust network of connections in the local real estate market through various personal investments, as well as through relationships developed working in the construction field.

Jeremy brings more than 13 years of construction, development, and real estate expertise to the Phoenix Group leadership team. His deep understanding of project feasibility, logistics, design, permitting, and project execution provides invaluable insight into both relationship building and the successful delivery of the group’s manufacturing, outdoor entertainment, and housing development projects.



Past and current development projects include Marketplace & Main in Hopkins, Mn featuring 63 apartments and 7 townhomes; Commons at Penn, a 47-unit mixed-use apartment complex in North Minneapolis; and Penn Avenue Union, a 64-unit mixed-use apartment complex as well as many others.
